Pectinworld was established with the sole aim of providing a platform for “Open Access” to the information pertaining to the pectin, dietary fibres, other fields of the science, technology, industry. It amalgamates specialists, scientists, the group of professors from Spain and Russia universities, technical directors of companies involved in the development of projects.
It plays an instrumental role in expanding the reach of research, industry data in the real time,which in turn allows to combine both scientific and industry experiences.
